Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits networking and cold calls.
Conduct inperson meetings with prospective and existing clients to present products/services and understand their needs.
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms of service in line with company guidelines.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales reports forecasts and market feedback to the sales manager.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times.
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales preferably in an outdoor or fieldbased role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
Valid driver s license and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
