Job Description
Were working with a top-tier law firm thats trusted by some of the leading players in private equity venture capital and high-growth sectors.

Tasks
- Advising on M&A deals particularly private equity and exit transactions
- Supporting venture capital investments: equity financings convertibles and secondaries
- Corporate transformations and reorganisations
- Capital markets work stock corporation law and IPO readiness
- Structuring employee participation schemes
Requirements
- Strong academic background and both state exams completed with above average results
- Several years of post-qualification experience in corporate law preferably with exposure to PE/VC transactions
- Fluent German and confident English (spoken and written)
- Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the start-up and investment ecosystem
- Team spirit self-initiative and the ability to take ownership of workstreams
- Eagerness to learn develop and contribute to a growing practice
