We are seeking an organized and efficient Guest History Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our guest history database ensuring accurate and uptodate records of guest preferences and experiences.
- Maintain and update the guest history database with accurate and relevant information
- Analyze guest data to identify trends and preferences
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate guest information
- Respond to inquiries from staff regarding guest history and preferences
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- Generate reports on guest history and preferences for management
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest experiences based on historical data
- Train staff on proper use of the guest history system
- Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 23 years of experience in hospitality or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry database management and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with guest management systems
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and guest service principles
- Understanding of guest privacy and data protection regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
