Job Description
- Determine placement requirements and assist all interested students candidates to identify employment opportunities based on their interests.
- Act as a liaison between the students and potential employers to ensure the students are successfully placed in the job market.
- Maintain a database of the potential candidates and update it regularly to track the progress of their application.
- To proactively contact and collaborate with various employers companies agencies.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with academic departments of various education institutions as well.
- Maintain a database of potential employers and companies we have tied up with and constantly update new contacts on a regular basis.
- Conduct training programs for students to help enhance their resume and develop their interview skills and soft skills as per requirements.
- Give feedback to students on their resume.
- Constantly give feedback to students on their application progress
- Set up interviews for the interested students and coordinate the schedules accordingly.
- Answering and tending to student queries on various platforms on a timely basis.
Requirements
- Under graduation is a must.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a placement coordinator.
- Amazing verbal and written communication.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Display constant enthusiasm towards work
- Knowledge and interest in Digital Marketing is a bonus
- Must be professional always
Kindly note this is a full time role based out of Chennai and no work from home options are available at the moment.
