As a Sales Development Representative youll play a key role in driving Swivls growth in K-12 education. Partnering with our energetic Sales team youll focus on developing new opportunities within school districts for our cutting-edge Reflectivity and Mirror products

What Youll Do:

  • Generate new prospects and nurture existing prospects through outbound phone calls and emails to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Execute outbound campaigns regularly developed on your own or in collaboration with account managers and management
  • Meet weekly call requirements
  • Achieve weekly sales goals by setting qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Provide enough information from your qualification call to make the meeting a success
  • Regularly participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Follow up with and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

What Youll Have:

  • 1 years of sales development/sales experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Previous K-12 teaching experience
  • Experience in education industry (K-12 & higher ed) SaaS preferred
  • Excellent phone written and verbal skills
  • Well organized with efficient time management skills
  • Eager to collaborate
  • Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to exceed sales objectives

  • Build rapport quickly through asking great questions and active listening
  • Ability to initiate a conversation communicate value and handle objections
  • Self-motivated driven to succeed
  • Self-starter with the ability to work and manage time in a fast-paced virtual environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • High degree of responsiveness and integrity

Nice To Haves:

  • Previous experience selling SaaS or Educational services
  • Lead Development or Sales Development experience preferred

This position is compensated by the base salary and commission.
