AMAZING SALES OPPORTUNITY!! $60M Growing Distributor/Dealer seeking a talented hungry hunter B-B Sales Person as a Heavy Equipment Sales Territory Manager for the Northwest Indiana territory. This company sells and rents high qualityearthmoving compaction paving and milling machines crushing and screening equipment trailers and material handling equipment. Looking for a strong self motivated go-getter that is willing to work hard and grow an existing territory of 7 counties. Customers are State Commercial and Residential Contractors. This is a great work environment with a supportive leadership and team that will invest in your success! You will build upon the current territory making your own sales & marketing plans and growing the territory. This position reports to the VP of Sales. Incredible Company with unlimited commission! - Must have highschool diploma/GED with 2 to 25 years sales experience as a Sales/Business Development Territory Manager in the construction equipment (business to business)industry is preferred building materials experience if b-b is a good fit
- Mechanically minded withStrong technical sales skills where you can explain complex products
- Must be strong HUNTER!
- Must be a strong problem solver good at developing relationships and inquisitive on looking/findingsolutions and a great communicator
- Self motivated self starter go-getter motivated by commissions
- $75K Base with untapped commissions (20-35% of GP) income potential from $150K- $500K excellent benefits and 401k company car
