Job Summary
A fast-growing home improvement company is looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join its expanding in-home sales team.
As an Outside Sales Representative youll meet with homeowners through pre-set company-provided appointments to present customized home remodeling solutions build rapport and close high-ticket sales. No cold calling or prospecting required.

What Youll Do
- Run 812 pre-set qualified appointments per week.
- Conduct professional in-home consultations using a proven sales system.
- Present customized remodeling solutions and guide homeowners through their options.
- Partner with your Sales Manager through ongoing coaching training and professional development.
What It Takes to Succeed
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to drive daily within assigned territory
- Strong communication closing and objection-handling skills
- Coachable motivated and resilient mindset
- Confidence using iPad-based sales tools
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass background screening
