Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our remote team supporting our corporate headquarters in Weston this role you will act as a primary point of contact for retail customers medical providers and wholesale accounts ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer and wholesale inquiries across digital channels (email live chat) and phone.
Process e-commerce orders manage returns and resolve account discrepancies within our system.
Provide accurate product information and guidance on the application and benefits of the CO2Lift line.
Assist sales and logistics teams with B2B wholesale account updates and shipment tracking.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications
0 to 2 years of experience in customer service e-commerce retail or office support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify) or CRM tools is preferred.
Dedicated home office environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work standard business hours.
