As a Sales BDC Representative you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Youll help connect customers with our sales team manage internet leads schedule appointments and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone email text and online chat
• Follow up with internet leads and existing customers
• Schedule appointments for customers with our sales team
• Build rapport and create a positive first impression with every customer
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
• Support sales managers with lead management and business development efforts
• Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Previous customer service call center retail sales hospitality or automotive experience is a plus but not required
