This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced remote environment.
The Remote Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients caregivers and prospective this role you will respond to inquiries resolve concerns provide accurate information and ensure every interaction reflects Caring Senior Services commitment to excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls emails and other customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Document customer interactions accurately within company systems.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointment updates and general service requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Participate in onboarding training sessions and team meetings.
- Meet quality productivity and customer service standards.
- Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service call center support administrative support or client services preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Previous experience in healthcare senior care home care or medical office support.
- Experience using CRM software or customer management systems.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
