Operations Analyst

What Youll Be Doing

• Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends opportunities and performance improvements
• Partner with sales and operations teams to support pricing strategies and customer insights
• Develop and maintain reports dashboards and forecasts to drive business decisions
• Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy across sales operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on key initiatives and business priorities

What Are We Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Proficiency in data tools (e.g. Excel reporting platforms or similar systems) to support decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office setting with frequent interaction across sales operations and leadership teams. Occasional travel may be required to support business needs and collaboration across locations.
