Are you a strategic manufacturing leader who thrives on improving operations developing teams and delivering business results Were looking for an Operations Manager to lead all aspects of our Tulsa manufacturing facility overseeing Engineering Production Quality Maintenance and Environmental Health & Safety.

In this highly visible leadership role youll be responsible for driving operational excellence improving profitability and ensuring world-class performance across the plant. If youre passionate about Lean manufacturing continuous improvement and building high-performing teams wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily plant operations with full accountability for safety quality delivery cost and productivity.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency profitability and long-term business growth.
• Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
• Manage financial performance budgets and operational resources to maximize business results.
• Foster a culture centered on accountability collaboration and operational excellence.
• Partner with Sales Engineering Supply Chain and executive leadership to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
• Build coach and develop a high-performing manufacturing leadership team.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Proven success leading industrial manufacturing operations with responsibility for production quality maintenance and engineering.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets driving profitability and improving operational performance.
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership communication and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at every level of the organization.
