Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports a range of marketing functions including creative design branding content communications and analytics. This role combines creative out-of-the-box idea generation with hands-on execution to enhance Data Trusts external reach.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute various marketing campaigns aligned with company business objectives with the support of the Director of Client Strategy
Assist with qualitative and quantitative market research on clients end-users and competitors to inform strategy
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform positioning and campaign strategy
Support market research efforts by synthesizing findings into clear actionable recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data insights and content for ongoing projects and campaigns
Support strategies to grow digital reach and audience engagement
Maintain a style guide and brand kit for visual consistency
Design client-facing and internal materials including presentations memos newsletters and event collateral
Design various print and digital visual elements for internal teams including flyers and graphics
Support external event planning and promotional materials for conferences and trade shows
Develop copy for digital channels campaigns and collateral that is on-brand and audience-appropriate
Build schedule and send marketing emails including newsletters product announcements and re-engagement and welcome series workflows.
Manage list hygiene segmentation and suppression rules to protect deliverability.
Draft and edit client emails and marketing copy
Coordinate relevant internal communications
Manage the companys social media presence including content calendars community engagement and follower growth
Create and publish social content across relevant platforms
Assist in maintaining and updating company website content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
Track and report on key marketing metrics across campaigns social channels and email programs
Analyze performance data to identify trends surface insights and recommend optimizations
Skills
Managing multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
Self-starter able to work independently
Ability to brainstorm fresh ideas make compelling recommendations and implement new approaches
Ability to write and edit in various tones formats and voices for different audiences.
Attention to detail for strong brand and design cohesion
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Basic HTML/CSS for email and exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics Looker) is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in marketing or communications
02 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field (for example: internships freelance work and personal newsletters)
Familiarity with general marketing concepts and principles
Familiarity or interest in right-of-center and Republican politics and elections
