The Manager MONARCH Contract Strategy & Offer Development supports the expansion of the MONARCH business by developing and deploying capital acquisition programs pricing/contracting frameworks and deal-excellence practices to increase capital footprint and scope utilization. This role will assist with modeling and approving customer deals presenting programs and proposals to CPC accelerating request intake and turnaround-time and partnering directly with cross-functional teammates to achieve profitability goals via funnel opportunity management and programs. The role will also partner closely with JJMTS - Core Surgery to rebuild customer segmentation and the account targeting process while also implementing ways to monitor capital footprint and service tracking. The Manager MONARCH Contract Strategy & Offer Development will pursue additional programs and opportunities that support the expansion of the business including rebates overlays and other incentives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Capital Program creation and management
  • Capital offer/deal development management
  • Capital best practice creation education and training
  • Contract Management liaison
  • Prepare leadership team decks content and reporting
  • Consult with Marketing on brand business plans

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to analyze diverse data sets make meaningful connections and summarize trends
  • Ability to form strong trust-based relationships across functions
  • Strategic mentality sound business insight and creative problem solving
  • Excellent writing and presentations skills
  • Peer-to-peer influence
  • Proven capabilities in systems preferred
  • Capital experience preferred
  • Pricing or contracting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Profit & Loss Statement gross profitability and U.S. healthcare system landscape preferred
  • Ability to influence across a highly-matrixed organization preferred
  • Experience working with sales marketing and senior leadership preferred
  • 10% travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102000.00 - $177100.00

For Bay Area:

$118000.00 - $203550.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
