Customer Service Representative

Essential Duties:

• Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve issues
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
• Answer telephones and respond to orders general customer inquiries invoice questions and customer complaints
• Supply customers with price quotes as requested
• Hit or exceed sales targets
• Develop and demonstrate in-depth working knowledge of the Companys Salesforce ecommerceandERPsystems
• Establish a subject matter expert level ofknowledge ofour product linesizingcustomer base distributors and pricing structure.
• Ensures customer new orders returns and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Handle customer service issues which are escalated or complex in nature due to scope of problem and customer challenges.
• In conjunction with the sales team responsible for meeting customer expectations (e.g. call and email service levels and order processing).
• Develop positive working relationships with Sales team members and top customers.

Education and Experience:

• At least three (3) years Customer Service experience
• Should be team player an excellent team motivator and maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word Excel etc.) and Outlook

Physical Demands:

• Required to sit for long period of time; infrequent light physical effort required
• Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
