If you are a Human Resources professional Iooking for an opportunity to grow your career this role offers a meaningful chance to partner with business leaders across Flow Controls Valves (FCV) and Actuation Technologies (ACT) in Singapore to shape a people strategy that drives growth operational excellence and an inclusive high-performing culture. You will lead core HR practices across the employee lifecycle ensuring alignment with Emersons global standards while meeting local business needs.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and commercial priorities including workforce planning and organizational design.

  • Provide HR business partnering support to managers enabling effective performance management employee development and succession planning.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding development engagement performance and offboarding processes.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive inclusive workplace culture.

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies including documentation audits and governance requirements.

  • Support compensation and benefits processes including salary reviews bonus planning and benefits administration.

  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement corporate HR programs and initiatives.

  • Support change management initiatives including business transformation restructuring or process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting to support decision-making and business insights.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Experience in human resources business partnering
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across functions.
  • Experience managing employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR operations.
  • Exposure to transformation or change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools
  • Experience in talent development succession planning and leadership coaching.
  • Understanding of global HR frameworks in a multinational organization.
