This position is strictly on-site at our facility in Lisbon Portugal. To be considered applicants must already be living in Portugal. Remote work setups and relocation packages are not provided.

In this role you will act as the key representative for small and mid-sized businesses using our partners online advertising and e-commerce solutions. You will help these organizations expand their web reach address account challenges and optimize their marketing returns.

Core Responsibilities

Serving as a digital consultant and problem-solver for Turkish-speaking enterprise clients your daily activities will feature:

• Multi-Channel Service: Provide outstanding support via live chat email and telephone (both inbound and outbound calls).
• Troubleshooting: Identify investigate and fix campaign account billing and technical issues occurring before or after sales.
• Customer Guidance: Instruct users on platform features to empower them to manage their tools independently.

• Data Logging: Maintain thorough precise records of client communications in our CRM while following rigorous data protection protocols.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken Turkish paired with a solid working knowledge of English (B2 standard or higher) for internal systems training and team communication.
• Residency & Work Rights: Must currently reside in Portugal and hold valid authorization to work in the country (on-site role in Lisbon).
• Digital Savvy: Confident navigating multiple software screens chat interfaces and social platforms simultaneously.
• Flexibility: Willing to work rotational shifts which may occasionally include weekend duty.

Preferred Qualifications:
