The Role

As a Technology & Process Consultant you will help organizations strengthen and mature their project management capabilities at an enterprise level.

You will analyze how projects are organized identify structural improvement opportunities and translate business needs into effective processes and system configurations. By combining project management best practices with leading enterprise solutions you will enable better project control enhanced reporting and stronger decision-making.

This role combines consulting process improvement stakeholder management and technology implementation offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on complex large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment you will:

• Analyze and improve project management processes and governance structures.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend sustainable improvements.
• Translate business requirements into practical workflows and system configurations.
• Lead or support the implementation of Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solutions.
• Design and optimize reporting frameworks dashboards and performance monitoring processes.
• Challenge and support clients in adopting more structured and data-driven ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders toward informed decisions.
• Manage client engagements from proposal through delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact ensuring alignment on expectations progress and outcomes.

What Were Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business Information Systems Project Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management business process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Project Management platforms such as Oracle Primavera Cloud Oracle Aconex InEight Microsoft Project or similar solutions.
• Experience within project-driven industries such as construction infrastructure energy utilities or offshore wind.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence analytics reporting or data-driven decision-making practices.
