Technical Process Specialist & AI Solutions

Serviços a Cliente department is looking for a Technical Process Specialist & AI Solutions.

What you will do:

• Business process automation using Artificial Intelligence technologies programming and automation tools;
• Monitoring managing and coordinating the activities of the Technical BPO;
• Analyzing operational processes and designing AI solutions that support decision-making and task execution by users;
• Defining and monitoring guidelines for responding to customers technical requests ensuring alignment with the processes and deadlines established by E-Redes High Voltage (HV) Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) technical departments;
• Monitoring and overseeing the network damage management process in coordination with MV and LV technical teams and external technical service providers;
• Designing decision workflows for operational processes related to customers technical requests network damage cases and technical non-conformities affecting customer assets.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelors degree or preferably a Masters degree in Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field (candidates with a background in Mathematics Data Science or equivalent will also be considered);
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions and process automation to optimize business processes;
• Experience in process analysis optimization and redesign;
• Ability to analyze operational processes and design AI solutions that support decision-making and task execution by end users;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders;
• Ability to coordinate and oversee technical operations and manage cross-functional initiatives involving both internal and external teams;
• Experience implementing solutions that guide users through complex processes ensuring consistency compliance and high-quality outcomes;
• Strong organizational and planning skills ensuring effective documentation communication and rollout of process changes across teams;
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven and problem-solving mindset;
• Proactive autonomous and critical thinker capable of identifying continuous improvement opportunities and driving the adoption of new methodologies tools and ways of working;
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously ensuring deadlines and priorities are consistently met.
