THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Technical Writerfor a internacional project in theIndustry and Engineeringsector.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Create and maintain clear structured technical documentation (SOPs policies runbooks).
- Translate technical inputs (interviews control statements configs) into audit-ready content.
- Ensure documentation is accurate traceable and aligned with compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to gather and validate information.
- Manage documentation repositories (SharePoint version-controlled environments).
- Apply documentation standards naming conventions and consistency across artefacts.
- Support audit activities by delivering high-quality audit-grade documentation.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated experience writing technical procedures policies and operational documentation in an enterprise IT context.
- Comfort working from interviews control statements and configuration exports as input material.
- Familiarity with the artefact types involved: SOPs RACI matrices policy statements runbooks naming conventions evidence indexes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Word Visio) Markdown and version-controlled documentation workflows.
- Audit-grade output: structured precise traceable to controls suitable for external auditor review.
- Fluent English.
