Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist

In this role you will act as a core technical point of contact helping businesses developers and webmasters optimize their visibility indexing and performance on a world-leading search engine platform.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to search visibility website indexing API configurations and webmaster tools for Italian-speaking clients.
• Infrastructure Support: Walk users and web developers through step-by-step solutions regarding DNS settings SSL certifications tracking code implementations (pixels/tags) and server-side crawl errors.
• Data & Analytics Review: Analyze website data errors structured data markup validation and site speed bottlenecks using internal diagnostic dashboards to provide optimizations.
• Incident Escalation: Replicate software bugs or algorithmic processing anomalies document infrastructure faults and cleanly escalate unresolved matters to Tier 2 engineering teams.

• Location: Lisbon Portugal.
