We are looking for English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international project in Lisbon Portugal.

As part of an international customer support team you will:

• Assist English-speaking customers through phone email and chat
• Respond to customer questions and requests professionally
• Resolve account-related and general customer support issues
• Provide accurate information and guidance
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
• Work collaboratively within a multicultural team

• English C1
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and willing to help others
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work full-time with rotating shifts
• Willing to work on-site in Lisbon
• Fresh graduates and candidates at the beginning of their careers are welcome to apply
