We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage all core human resources functions within our dynamic Medspa located in Lekki Phase 1 Lagos. This full-time on-site role is critical to maintaining a compliant organized and high-performing workforce. The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment payroll coordination policy development employee relations and adherence to Nigerian labour regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency foster a positive workplace culture and support the companys growth through strategic HR practices. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records employment contracts and HR documentation.
Prepare and manage monthly payroll inputs with precision and timeliness.
Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws including PAYE LIRS and other statutory requirements.
Develop review and implement effective HR policies procedures and workplace guidelines.
Manage employee relations handle grievances and oversee disciplinary processes.
Oversee attendance tracking leave management and staff scheduling.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience in a structured organizational environment.
In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and statutory compliance obligations.
Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HR information systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
High level of discretion integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for daily operations.
