What Youll Do
Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone email and chat resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Provide expert guidance on payment transactions security procedures and account management.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
The Offer
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: 920/month (paid 14 times per year).
Attendance Bonus: 25 per month (paid 11 times per year).
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (net).
Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months).
