As our global operations continue to expand we are seeking a dedicated German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in this role you will act as a vital link between our enterprise and our international client base ensuring the delivery of premium service standards. No prior experience neededtraining is provided to equip you with the necessary expertise for this role.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve inbound client inquiries comprehensively across diverse communication channels (voice email and live chat).
Uphold corporate excellence by delivering sophisticated courteous and efficient customer experiences during every interaction.
Formulate and communicate precise analytical and effective solutions to user requests.
Systematically record monitor and update client interaction data within the enterprise CRM database.
Strictly adhere to operational KPIs Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality protocols.
Partner cross-functionally with global departments to facilitate the resolution of escalated or complex client matters.
Candidate Profile:
Proficiency in German at a Native or C1/C2 level (verbal and written).
Operational command of the English language (minimum B1) for internal corporate communication.
Readiness to relocate and establish your professional presence in Portugal.
A solution-oriented mindset characterized by reliability accountability and a continuous drive for professional development.
Strong intercultural competence suited for a global diverse business environment.
Mandatory Requirement: EU citizenship or possession of an active valid work visa/permit for Portugal.
