We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to assist customers of a leading fashion retail this role youll handle everyday customer requests such as orders returns exchanges and delivery questions all within a fast-growing and fashion-focused environment.

What Youll Be Doing

You will be the voice of the brand ensuring customers receive a smooth and positive shopping experience:

• Managing order tracking and delivery inquiries

• Handling returns refunds and exchanges

• Supporting customers with product availability and order updates

• Resolving simple post-purchase issues

• Providing clear friendly and efficient communication via email chat or phone

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction aligned with brand standards

Offer Package

• Base Salary: 950 gross/month 14 times

• Performance Bonus: up to 150 12 times

• Meal Allowance (SA): 7/day

Working Schedule (Part-Time)

• 08:00 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

• Weekday-only structure (no weekend shifts)
