In this position you will be supporting developers and technical users by diagnosing and resolving product-related issues providing guidance on implementation and ensuring they can make the most of cutting-edge platforms and tools.
Your responsibilities:
Handle technical inquiries from developer communities via email chat or phone
Diagnose and resolve integration and implementation challenges
Guide customers through product features APIs and documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams to flag and track product issues
Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions
What we are looking for:
Russian: C1/C2 level (native or fluent)
English: strong written and verbal skills (C1 minimum)
Solid understanding of technical concepts (APIs software web platforms)
Experience in technical support is highly valued
Analytical thinking with a methodical approach to problem-solving
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
High School Diploma required. Technical support experience mandatory.
