Danish Speaking Content Moderator

As a Content Moderator you will be the frontline guardian of the digital world. You will review analyze and moderate user-generated content (videos comments and images) to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Screen user-generated video content text and images in Danish to ensure safety and compliance with the platforms community guidelines.
• Policy Enforcement: Identify and flag inappropriate harmful or policy-violating content (e.g. harassment misinformation hate speech or explicit material) with high accuracy and speed.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current digital trends cultural nuances and internet slang in Denmark to make accurate moderation decisions.
• Data Security: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection and security policies at all times.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions to stay sharp on evolving policy updates and moderation tools.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for empathetic detail-oriented team players who are excited about working in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Danish (written and spoken) plus a strong B2 level of English for internal communication and training.
• Location: Willingness to work fully on-site in our Lisbon office.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital platforms social media apps and various software tools.
• Resilience: Ability to handle repetitive tasks and exposure to sensitive or potentially challenging content with emotional maturity and professional objectivity.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service content moderation or call centers is a plus but not a must! Full comprehensive training will be provided.
