Schedule: MondayFriday rotating shifts between 07:0018:00 or fixed 08:0017:00
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off

Join a dynamic customer support team assisting customers of a leading European car rental brand.

Youll support customers in French and English with bookings rental inquiries post-rental issues invoices damages and additional services.

Fluent/native-level French
Good English
1 year of Contact Centre / Customer Service experience preferred
Strong sales and communication skills
Good digital skills
Ability to identify customer needs and suggest additional services
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

Support customers via phone email & messaging
Assist with car rental reservations and inquiries
Provide pre- during- and post-rental support
Recommend relevant additional services
Handle invoices damages and post-rental issues
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal
Flight tickets are not included
