• Previous customer service experience with knowledge of CRM systems ticketing tools or chat platforms is a plus.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly and professionally explain complex features or event details.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously across various platforms (phone chat email social media) while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Active riders and motoricycle enthusiasts are strongly preferred.
