Customer Logistics Planner (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
As a key member of our supply chain team you will be responsible for the integral planning and optimization of our supply and demand chain. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Drive design and implement improvements across the end-to-end supply and demand chain.
- Manage the logistics of the Product Life Cycle including the phase-in and phase-out of products.
- Coordinate and perform forecasting also in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Handle order management for both sales (exception handling prioritization) and purchasing (for trade goods).
- Oversee inventory management including setting logistics parameters and optimizing delivery performance to meet customer targets.
- Monitor analyze and report on KPIs such as Delivery Performance Inventories and Logistics Costs.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or related fields.
- Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Demand Chain role with proven experience leading task teams or projects.
- Know-how: You have essential knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is preferred) and possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Languages: You are fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working Style and Methods: You are a customer-focused and results-oriented professional with excellent organizational and time management skills. You are adept at building strong professional relationships.
- Personality: You are a flexible and resourceful individual with strong interpersonal skills capable of adapting to changing priorities and new challenges.
