About the Role

Are you fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service Looking to start an international career in Bulgaria with an excellent relocation package

Join our Logistics & Delivery Team in Sofia and help customers with delivery-related queries order tracking scheduling and logistics support while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in Spanish and English.

  • Assist customers with order tracking delivery updates rescheduling and logistics-related requests.

  • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.

What Were Looking For

  • Spanish: C1 level or higher.

  • English: B2 level or higher.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

  • Availability to work MondaySunday on rotating shifts (24/7 schedule).

Salary & Benefits

  • Paid Training: 4 weeks
