Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 19:00
Salary Package
- Base Salary: 930 gross/month (14 salaries per year)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 net/day
- Position Bonus: 240 gross/year
- Performance Bonus: Up to 1960 gross/year
About the Role
We are currently looking for a Client Solutions Specialist (French) to join an international customer support team in Braga Portugal.
In this role you will support customers using meal card products ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Support customers with meal card activation balance inquiries and transaction issues
- Explain product features and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage complaints and ensure professional resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Fluent French (C2 level)
- Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Positive and customer-oriented attitude
- EU citizenship or a valid Portugal residence/work permit is mandatory
