Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Able to liaise effectively with all levels of management architects contractors sub-contractors and relevant agencies.

To set up CLQ in new development and ability to liaise with JTK and all relevant authorities.

Prepare Master Work Programme.

Monitor and control to ensure the completion and delivery of project within the budget and time specified.

Liaise with the clients Superintendent Officer and consultants on the matter relating to various project.

Manage performance of sub-contractor progress of work and cash flow.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction industry.

Experience in high-end projects will be an added advantage.

Must obtain valid CIDB card and competent construction manager by CIDB.

Exposure to ISO and 18001 work culture is an added advantage.

Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
