Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Able to liaise effectively with all levels of management architects contractors sub-contractors and relevant agencies.
- To set up CLQ in new development and ability to liaise with JTK and all relevant authorities.
- Prepare Master Work Programme.
- Monitor and control to ensure the completion and delivery of project within the budget and time specified.
- Liaise with the clients Superintendent Officer and consultants on the matter relating to various project.
- Manage performance of sub-contractor progress of work and cash flow.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction industry.
- Experience in high-end projects will be an added advantage.
- Must obtain valid CIDB card and competent construction manager by CIDB.
- Exposure to ISO and 18001 work culture is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
