Minimum 5 years of Architect experience in implementing integration managing and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment including proficiency in Workday HCM Advanced Compensation Payroll Benefits Time Off Absence Performance and Development Learning Integrations Security Advanced Reporting BIRT Prism Analytics and/or Expenses configurations.
Proficiency with XML REST SOAP JSON JavaScript and be knowledgeable in an objectoriented programming language.
Experience of designing workflows to solve business/ Workday Studio Core connectors and EIB / Ability Create new integrations to meet the business requirements using various Workday integration tools and technologies.
Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains (Payroll Benefits Recruiting Emp Discounts Contingent Work nomination procedures etc.) and Financials Management (General Ledger Banking Billing Accounts Payable etc.)
Good understanding and experience in cloud computing web services REST APIs and associated integration challenges
Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their requirements and be a key contributor to guiding developing and educating others within the Workday practice on Workday Extend.
Workday integration certification is a plus
