Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls texts and emails to healthcare professionals.
- Introduce The Employee Connect and the purpose of the call/text/email
- Document all communication accurately.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers for a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge or interest in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Goaloriented with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent
