Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound cold calls texts and emails to healthcare professionals.
2. Introduce The Employee Connect and the purpose of the call/text/email
3. Document all communication accurately.
4. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers for a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in cold calling sales or customer service preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge or interest in the healthcare industry preferred.
4. Goaloriented with a drive to achieve targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. High school diploma or equivalent
