- Processing of visa applications.
- Follow administrative and legal procedures and apply legislation in meeting clients and making decisions regarding temporary visa applications.
- Prepare correspondence including emails, letters, records and reports of high quality resolutions.
- Providing high quality advice and services to clients in a culturally diverse environment.
- Provide advice and support to local staff regarding complex cases and help manage workflow.
- Undertake other duties or projects as operational requirements require.
