Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-13 Years of recruitment experience in IT Software Industry (Working in a Banking Domain companies or experience is a plus)
  • Technical knowledge of various positions and understand the terminologies and business needs
  • Should have good Domain Knowledge and understanding of the Company Target Products
  • Should represent brand ambassador for Company when talking / hiring candidates
  • Understand Company Vision and Values and work accordingly to the aligned objectives
  • Excellent communication, writing abilities, presentation, convincing and persuasion skills
  • Proactive and come up with ideas (or) solutions to speed up hiring and recruitment process
  • Thorough grasping knowledge and able to utilize power of recruitment tools, applications, organization of outlook email (Quick Steps), excel smart reporting etc.
  • Extensive search capabilities of finding right candidates in Job Portals like Naukri & LinkedIn and other local job portals
  • Excellent organization of data and should be able to provide reports whenever required
  • Identify potential candidates through head hunting, networking and references
  • Shortlist profiles based on the requirements of the position and identify the key parameters in the candidates profiles that are appropriate match for the position
  • Conduct technical tests and forward to the respective panel for evaluating the test solutions
  • Perform initial screening (or) interview of the candidate by understanding their capabilities, skills, experience, mindset, communication, etc.
  • Taking responsibility of entire hiring and recruitment process with limited inputs
  • Able to work in the weekends when there is an urgency of resources for a position coming from Top Management and Client needs
  • Maintain Professional and friendly rapport with the employees
  • Able to manage, handle employee engagement and ensure healthy environment and cultural diversity
  • Thorough understanding of hierarchy, roles, positions in the Company
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring hundreds of Software Developers / Microsoft CRM Technical Consultants earlier.
