Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Manage projects with topdown oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope budget and timeline.
Collaborates with stakeholders to codevelop a project roadmap and drive them from start to finish in a fastpaced environment.
Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations.
Support audit requests
Translates product roadmap features into welldefined project requirements including features user stories and acceptance test criteria.
Turns data insights into projects with actionable outcomes.
Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs refine priorities outlines milestones and deliverables and identifies opportunities and risks.
Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
Leads the process based on an intimate knowledge of stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge requirements with project goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases from initial development through implementation.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement identify problems create solutions and implement efficiency improvements.
Analyze the project plans and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
Review proposed modifications on project plans including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
Work with overseas members especially in Japan by attending early morning or late evening meetings resolve conflicts coming from cultural and/or business practice differences and establish collaboration with all members towards the same goal.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities however at times this role is expected to lead train and mentor project team members.

Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Management Information Systems
58 years of experience of project management and project management skills
24 years of experience of Scrum methodology
Successful multiple projects in Product Management and/or Product Development
Certifications Nice to Have
Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
