- Own major deliverables end-to-end, drive roadmaps and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
- Lead a team of software engineers in implementing high-quality services including design, development, and deployment of new business functionality.
- Allocate available resources to meet operating objectives. Interacts with direct reports, customers, and peers to share information and improve cross-departmental processes.
- Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for our products and customer's needs.
- Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
