Job Description

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of content uploaders, providing clear direction, coordinating schedules, training, feedback and support to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness. Also, as a Lead, you will be full responsible for yearly planning, Scoping of work budget forecasting and estimations.

Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies, including Agile principles, to plan, execute, and monitor content upload and migration projects. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations accordingly.

Content Upload Process: Develop and maintain efficient workflows for uploading various types of content, within our CMS (Sitecore and Sitefinity) and websites (more than 27 websites and Apps).

Quality Control: Ensure that all uploaded content meets quality standards, including accuracy, formatting consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.

Stakeholder engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing team and content creators, editors, designers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the project delivery, schedules and prioritize uploads based on strategic objectives and marketing calendar.

Platform Management: Oversee the management of content management systems (CMS – SiteCore, Sitefinity and other systems) and digital asset management platforms, ensuring they are optimized for content upload processes.

Migration Plans: Lead on content and technical teams to assess CMSs migration requirements, develop migration plans, gap analysis and execute migrations according to established timelines and guidelines.

Troubleshooting & Support: Act as a point of contact for resolving any technical issues related to content uploading, working closely with IT or technical support teams as needed.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content upload metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of upload processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate training for new team members.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge related to content uploading and digital platforms
