Job Summary:
As a State Sales Manager your primary objective is to drive sales growth and broaden the customer base within the study visa travel visa work visa and PR (immigration) sector. Your responsibilities encompass various facets including customer acquisition retention competition management and ensuring seamless sales operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Your duties entail:
  1. Prospecting: Identifying and monitoring potential customers ensuring timely payments and expanding business through agents. Establishing a systematic approach to prospect outreach and monitoring its efficacy.
  2. New Agent Acquisition & Development: Formulating plans for targeted area coverage devising strategies to onboard new agents within specified timelines and managing contractual agreements with them.
  3. Key Account Management: Creating and executing sales strategies for key accounts meeting sales targets negotiating trade terms and maximizing sales through crossselling/upselling initiatives.
  4. Sales Information System: Utilizing sales data to analyze trends and plan future sales activities more effectively.
  5. Competition Management: Monitoring competitors activities and providing feedback to enhance our own strategies.
  6. Trade Terms & Sales Operations: Finalizing trade agreements and ensuring smooth order processing supply chain management and payment collection.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We seek candidates who possess:
  1. Understanding of B2B Business Model: Familiarity with the factors contributing to B2B success.
  2. Knowledge of Companys Business and Sales Strategies: Understanding the companys overarching business goals and sales strategies.
  3. Market Mapping and Coverage Plans: Ability to map the market and devise comprehensive coverage plans.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in the visa and immigration sector.
  5. Sales Processes and Policies: Understanding of sales processes and policies.
  6. Basic Finance and Accounting Skills: Fundamental understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  7. Proficiency in MS Excel and Technology Tools: Competence in MS Excel and companyspecific technology tools.
