Job Description

As an Associate at Crescendo Global your responsibilities include sourcing candidates via job boards social media and databases and conducting initial screenings. Youll coordinate interviews and recruitment activities providing necessary logistics to candidates. Additionally youll assist in drafting and posting job descriptions ensuring accuracy and effectiveness. Serving as the primary contact for candidates youll manage communication and feedback between them and hiring managers. Lastly youll conduct market research on industry trends and competitors to support recruitment efforts and stay updated on best practices.



Requirements

Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field with a minimum of three years of work experience in recruitment. Possesses strong sourcing skills and hands on various job portals and social media platforms.

Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Should have strong commercial business acumen.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

We are open to consider candidates with diverse experiences and background; however, the candidate must fulfil the below criteria: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in recruitment, with minimum 7 years of demonstrated success in team leadership and management roles. Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and driving team performance. Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
