ServiceNow Architect Senior

Title: ServiceNow Architect Senior (IE SR)

Location: Remote

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your expertise to provide solutions for asset alignment in ServiceNow and lead architecture advances Come lead a team of ServiceNow SMEs alongside our cyber team to help modernize VA business processes. You will solve problems with a complete endtoend solution in a fastpaced Agile environment. Were looking for an architect with the skills needed to build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact the clients mission by modernizing and automating various customer processes.

Youll use the Agile life cycle to work with the development team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements. Youll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S. to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

Experience with IT

Experience with ServiceNow development including core ITSM tables Glide scripting business rules client scripts custom apps or development methods

Experience with Web development including XHTML HTML CSS3 SQL XML or Angular and backend technologies including JavaScript PHP .NET Java or ColdFusion

Experience with ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB) administration

Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow jQuery or Prototype libraries Java and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow

Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web services

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelors in CS EE or IT and 10 years of professional experience or 18 years of experience in lieu of degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with Object Oriented Programming SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience with application design concepts and tools including using UML ERD and Flow Diagrams

Experience introducing opensource solutions into ServiceNow via Script Includes or as JS or CSS Includes

Experience implementing ServiceNow inside a DevOps pipeline

Experience with Agile Scrum development methods

Knowledge of SAML Active Directory or LDAP Integrations

Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements
