Job: SME Dynatrace Architect
W2 position

Candidate needs to have hands on experience strategizing or leading the implementation of Dynatrace within an environment. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR ANY ENGINEERS.

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 1 year

Below is the job description on what they need from a hands on experience perspective:


Dynatrace Administrator
Managed over several versions
Experience with environment cleanup
General understanding of best practices
Linux Shell access / CLI required
Kubernetes containerization experience
Git experience
Automation experience
Self sufficient
Selfstarter
Comfortable being the first point of contact for Dynatrace support
Work to move Dynatrace support to the left
Able to escalate tickets based on priority age and urgency


Key Responsibilities:


Management of the Dynatrace Managed environment
Maintain Dynatrace in a linux environment including Konvoy & AKS deployments
Environmental / techdebt cleanup
Configuration
Optimization
Troubleshooting
Managing Jira support tickets
Review & categorize tickets based on urgency
Create KB articles for support items
Ability to coordinate vendor tickets when necessary
Unmasking front/backend data per request via request attributes etc.
Assist with product direction
Provide insights based on environmental and performance data
Advise on best practices
