Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our team in Las Vegas NV. The Software Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the companys business needs and align with our overall technology strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development architecture and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Design and develop software architecture that is scalable reliable and maintainable

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve our software development process

Lead the development team in implementing software solutions and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members

Monitor and troubleshoot software performance issues and provide timely resolutions

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software architecture and development

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and architecture

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and design patterns

Proficient in programming languages such as Java C or Python

Experience with cloudbased technologies (AWS Azure etc.) and microservices architecture

Excellent project management and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
