Senior Visual UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visual UX Designer to design beautiful software experiences that clearly communicate functionality and interactivity, while maintaining and extending Cricut s brand. You ll participate in the entire user-centered UX design process from concept through execution, incorporating user input throughout the process. Your work will happen in a highly collaborative environment, where you will partner with interaction designers, product managers, software developers, industrial designers and colleagues from the Marketing and Creative teams. This position is within the User Experience team.
Responsibilities:
• Create visual design systems that support compelling user experiences on a variety of platforms including web, desktop and mobile.
• Bring extensive visual design expertise to user experience problems by visualizing possibilities, offering appropriate and delightful solutions, and clearly articulating design rationale and tradeoffs.
• Leverage, extend and maintain the integrity of the Cricut brand.
