Location: Buenos Aires Argentina

Design develop and maintain highperforming Java applications that support essential business operations.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of toptier software solutions.

Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with client and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: Over 5 years of practical experience in Java development with a proven record of leading software engineering teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive expertise in Java frameworks and development tools. Proficiency in SQL RESTful services and microservices architecture is essential.
- Detailed skills:
Java Software Engineer III (1):- Advanced: Java SpringBoot REST
- Intermediate: SQL GraphQL
- Nice to have: React TypescriptPython FastAPI GenAI LLM RAG ElasticSearch GraphQL QlikSense
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective team collaboration skills are mandatory.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to efficiently handle technical challenges.
