Job Description
Role: Senior UI Engineer
Location: Austin TX (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Pay Rate: $60/hr.
Must have Skills:
- Web Application Testing: Required
- Angular: Required
- Web Development: 510 Years Required
- Communication Skill: Required
- UI Technology: Required
- Accessibility Testing: Required
- Web Components: At least 1 year Required
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript: 510 Years Required
- JavaScript: 510 Years Required
- JS Testing: At least 1 year Required
Overview:
- Successfully completing and delivering multiple projects.
- High ownership selfsufficient handson leader to drive quality in usability and experience.
- Ability to write complex code analyze changes and suggest improvements. Logical and creative reasoning to identify problems draw valid conclusions and develop effective solutions. Creative thinking in the design and development of highperforming web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Turn design concepts into fully working web applications.
- Rapid prototyping of design concepts.
- Quickly identify and fix JavaScript and CSS defects.
- Collaborate on optimal user experience choices based on business requirements.
- Develop highperformance scalable JavaScript code.
- Integrate frontend code with backend web services.
- Optimize existing JavaScript code.
- Create reusable code snippets and standards for use by other developers.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding and experience in advanced JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with JavaScript Web components StencilJS or Angular.
- Strong HTML and HTML5 experience.
- Fluent in CSS (specifically CSS3).
- Crossbrowser development experience.
- Experience with web services.
- Proficiency with JSON JSONP and AJAX.
- A perfectionist who ensures every pixel is in the right place.
- Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision and direction.
- Ability to work quickly to bring concepts to fruition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Endtoend web application development experience.
