Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Media Focus Tech-Startup 700k NGNmonth

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who loves B2B SaaS.

The ideal candidate will be a Tshaped marketer with deep experience in performance ads on social media as well as in building out affiliate programs.

You will report directly to the CEO and you will own a monthly lead commit.

EarlyNode is a startup studio with a portfolio of products and services for SaaS startups.

The key revenue driver for EarlyNode currently is ReactSquad a marketplace of vetted React engineers fully focused on SaaS startups.

A key responsibility of the Growth Marketer will be to consistently generate MQLs for the sales team of ReactSquad.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

As a Growth Marketing Manager at our company you will:

• Build own and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel
• Fully owning paid media (social ads sponsorships) from budgeting to creating the ad copy till optimizing & A/B testing
• Building out our affiliate & partner network
• Execute ROIdriven marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages websites copy layouts and funnels that are designed to convert
• Develop monitor and improve live campaigns analyze websites and funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.
• Provide reporting to the CEO against agreed performance measures and provide insights on future strategies

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5 years work experience as a marketing manager with a strong growth & paid media focus
• Very strong adcopywriting skills
• Strong analytical abilities to create run & analyze growth experiments
• Tech Savy: GA4 PostHog Pipedrive Google Sheets experience & ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with external stakeholders How to apply:
